This "rooftop" bar is located on the 71st floor of a major hotel located on the Detroit River downtown. Amazing 180-degree views. Craft cocktails and a fine collection of whiskey and scotch from the most obscure to iconic favorites. Yes this is a modern, hip venue, but the 71st floor! Worth a quick visit. Indoor seating only.

This is the 2nd floor rooftop bar for a newer, upscale downtown restaurant. Lumen is in a new building that has helped spearhead new development in the western side of downtown. Good cocktails and good food. The first floor bar is a great visit too, the walls at Lumen are all glass, you always feel you are eating or drinking outside.
